HOW TO REDUCE SKIN AGING AT HOME?

Our skin gets older with the time. It is natural. But in the present time people are too much busy in their works, for this they can’t take care of themselves properly. For this careless the skin gets old quickly. Mostly women face this skin aging problem. 
There are some natural ways to keep our skin fresh and reduce skin aging.
Ø  Green Tea: Our skin begins to wrinkle as we age. The collagen and elastic strands in the skin make it look full and smooth. However, with age, these separate, making the skin overlap and hang. The below ingredients are present in green tea which helps to reduce skin aging.
§  EGCG (Epigallocatechin Gallate): Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) is a unique plant compound that gets a lot of attention for its potential positive impact on health and skin. For its antioxidant formula which helps fight wrinkles and rejuvenate skin cells. For this dull skin look healthier.
§   Anti-inflammatory properties:  Green tea’s anti-inflammatory properties help to reduce skin irritation, skin redness and skin swelling.
§  ­Reduce acne: The antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties in green tea helps to fight against acne and oily face. According to research, the polyphenols in green tea, when applied to the skin, help reduce sebum secretion, which can lead to acne.
§  Moisturizes Skin: Green tea contains many vitamins including Vitamin E, which helps to nourish and hydrates skin.
¨       Green Tea Mask
Ø  Ingredients needed to make the mask:
§  1tbsp. baking soda
§  1tbsp. honey
§  Water (if needed)

§  A mixing bowl
§  A measuring spoon
§  Towel
Ø  Procedure for making the mask:
§  Brew a cup of green tea; keep it for 1 
   hour to soak. When tea bag get cool 
   then break it and separate the green tea leaves.
§  Make a paste from tea leaves, baking soda and honey. If the mixture is too thick, add a few drops to water.
§  For best result clean the face before applying the mask.
§  Apply the mask evenly over your face, and gently massage to remove dead cells from the skin to get a glowing skin.
§  Leave the mask on your skin for 10 to 15 minutes, and then gently clean the face with warm water.
§  For best result apply this mask three times a week.
